I don’t know about you, but for me, I’m feeling extremely thankful that I am where I am, and not where I could be. Let me explain.
Over the last several weeks, our pastor at church has been talking about “getting what we deserve”. How thankful I am that our Lord shows us mercy and give us grace and doesn’t give us what we deserve. It makes me realize if I got what I deserve, I definitely would not be where I am today.
How bout you?
“A man can no more take in a supply of grace for the future than he can eat enough today to last him for the next 6 months, nor can he inhale sufficient air into his lungs with one breath to sustain life for a week to come. We are permitted to draw upon God's store of grace from day to day as we need it.” - D. L. Moody See: Deut 33:25; Psa 46:1; Heb 4:16
Thanks to Iris @ Grace Alone for hosting this party. Come join us and share what you are thankful for.

That's a great quote to make me think this morning about the food/air/grace. Thanks for sharing that!
Have a blessed Thursday!
Bethany
Thanks Bethany for visiting with me today.
I hope you have a blessed Thursday as well.
Thank you for reminding me of the greatest thing to be thankful for. Sometimes we are like children in that we take our blessings for grantid and want either more or something different.
I so agree- God is so good to give so much when I am so undeserving!! He is an awesome God!
Thank you for the reminder!
Blessings,
Misty
Amen!!
I'm certainly not where I could be, or for that matter, where I should be. But for the grace of God...
