trying to decide if I am going to like this new blog or not! Blogger vs. Wordpress? That is the dilemma I am finding myself in today. There are things I like about both, as well as some things I don’t like. I have wanted to do a wordpress blog for a while now, but I really hated to go through the whole webhosting ordeal again unless I knew it was something that I was going to like. So I decided to try the free version at Wordpress.com (they have limited themes to choose from). It has the same functionality as downloading wp and hosting it , however on wordpress.com they don’t support java script, so therefore, I had to lose most of my buttons and followers widget. Not happy about that. :( Plus I am still tweaking the layout. For the most part this layout gives me everything that I want, but I am not there quite yet.
Have any of you ever made the switch from blogger to wp? If so, what are your thoughts?
Guess I should get back at it….as you can see, I still have lots to do? Let me know what you think…. I would really appreciate your honest opinion.

I like your blogger blog better, I just can't do without my buttons and do dads!
Hi Cindy, I never liked wordpress, I could never quite figure it out and had to ask Tammy a million times to help me ;-) I'll be sticking with blogger for a while I think, but whichever you chose to stay with, both look great :)

I tried both and I must say I prefer Blogger over Wordpress as I found WP very aggrevating to play around with. Blogger was so much easier for me and for a free blog, you can really make it personal.

Hi Cindy! I have never used WP, but I've heard enough about it, to know that I would perfer blogger. I love your blogger blog. Maybe you should stick with it, instead of asking for headaches & hair pulling. :-) I LOVE the new red bg here! Hoping you have a blessed day! Hugs

I've gone back and forth about my wordpress blog and my blogger blog.
I love using blogger and it's more fun.
But, I get so many more readers at my wordpress blog, even if I haven't posted in awhile.
So, my blogger is my main blog; and I post at wordpress occassionally.
